01
Conceptual Design
Each one of our bespoke designs starts with an on-site meeting. While we experience the sights and features of your home firsthand, we discuss ideas and consider different design elements to ensure you receive the garden of your dreams. Highlights can range widely: from swimming pools to pergolas to plant lover’s paradises and everything in between.

This information is then distilled, and a schematic design is created. This collaborative process is thorough and detailed and respects site conditions such as elevation, climate and a plethora of different building materials are considered.

Three dimensional, digital models provide the basis to communicate this vision. At this point the design is very malleable and changes in plants, colors or furniture can be made in real time.
02
Construction Documents
After the conceptual design is finalized, the bidding documentation commences.

Behind every model screenshot is a plethora of technical considerations. These must be communicated clearly and accurately to ensure a smooth installation process. We use traditional means of architectural drawings to achieve this goal. With frequent collaboration and feedback, we finalize design elements and critical details such as plant species, quantity, materials and so on.

Once finished, the homeowner has the opportunity to compare installation teams by asking them to bid the project based on these drawings. We work only with the highest rated contractors in the business.

03
Implementation
During the construction phase, our team will be on-site frequently to consult and guide you to make the best decisions. We will oversee the work performed and make any requirement adjustments together with the artisans that bring our designs to life.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is the sense of magic that comes with shepherding a vision from its most rudimentary beginnings to its final implementation. This shared goal coupled with a clear, results-oriented approach ensures that the finished product is something that everyone involved can take pride in.

Once the installation is completed, the newly created space is ready to be enjoyed for decades to come.
